The contract is for a framework agreement to cover the provision of building surveying services and the design and contract administration of small works projects commissioned by the University of Nottingham (generally less than 4 000 000 GBP construction value).It is anticipated that interested parties will be able to provide the following services:1) Preparation of feasibility studies and reports including evaluation of options;2) Design;3) The production of drawings and specifications;4) Preparation and submission of applications for Planning and Building Regulations;5) Contract administration including cost management;6) Principal Designer role.The framework is anticipated to run initially for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by 1 further year (total 4 years) subject to satisfactory performance. |
